RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note all sales are final due to the limited nature of our products.
We do not offer refunds.
For hygiene reasons we do not except exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All goods are inspected upon return. It must also be in the original packaging and sent to us 14 days from the day you recieve your item.
We shall review any issues that is submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package. Any item that is not submitted during this time is not eligible for a replacement.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error shall not be eligible for a replacement.

To complete your return, we require customers provide photos of their order issues along with their packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
